We prioritize sustainability by using 100% recycled fabrics from post-consumer plastic bottles. Our printing process uses Oeko-Tex® certified inks to ensure high-quality designs with a lower environmental impact.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days within Europe and 7-10 business days for international orders. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. Please visit our Return Portal to generate your shipping label.

How should I clean my WOUF bag or sleeve?
To maintain the quality of the recycled fabric, we recommend hand washing with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid machine washing or tumble drying to protect the gold-embossed leather labels and metal hardware.
