At WOUF, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion purchase. If your new items aren't quite right, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed for transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your box, and drop it off at any authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
